Privacy Policy — Orgora Charts

Effective date: July 20, 2026

Orgora Charts is designed so that your data never leaves your control. This policy describes what the app does — and, more importantly, what it does not do.

Data we collect

None. We do not collect, transmit, store, sell, or share any personal data. Orgora Charts has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no third-party tracking of any kind.

Where your data lives

All org charts, people, notes, and settings you create are stored locally on your device. They are included in your device backups (e.g. iCloud or encrypted local backups) according to your own device settings, which are controlled by you and Apple — not by us. We have no servers and no access to your data.

Sharing charts

You can share a chart as a read-only .orgora file. Share files are created entirely on your device and are sent only through channels you choose (AirDrop, Messages, Mail, iCloud Drive, or any app in the share sheet). They never touch SDK AI Hub servers — we have none — and we have no way of knowing that a share happened, who received it, or what it contained.

A share file may contain personal data about the people on your chart (such as names, job titles, and work email addresses — and, only if you explicitly switch it on, your private notes and activity data). By default the app excludes notes, lead status, email activity, and phone numbers from share files. You are responsible for having the right to share the information in a chart, and for choosing recipients you trust: anyone who has the file can read it and pass it on.

Charts shared with you are stored locally on your device, like everything else. Sharing changes nothing about our headline promise: your data never leaves your device unless you send it to someone. The App Store privacy label remains "Data Not Collected."

Optional email sync

If you choose to connect an email account (via IMAP or by signing in with your provider using OAuth), the connection is made directly from your device to your own email provider. Your email credentials and sign-in tokens are stored only in your device's secure keychain and are never sent to us. Email data fetched by the app is processed and stored on your device only. This feature is off by default and entirely optional.

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, Orgora Charts reads only email message headers (such as sender, recipient, and date) to help you discover contacts for your org charts. This processing happens entirely on your device; no Google user data is transmitted to us or to any third party, and none of it is used for advertising. Orgora Charts' use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Network access

The app makes no network connections except the optional, user-initiated email sync described above.

Children's privacy

Because we collect no data from anyone, we also collect no data from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Since the app collects nothing, changes are expected to be rare and editorial.
